For people who find that food really affects their mood, this programme looks at your emotional state and finds foods to fix it. We choose foods that work on mood boosting, mood control, depression, PMT, anxiety, stress or feeling more awake. This programme helps you find your happy.

Be Body Confident

If you want to escape the diet trap, yo-yo diets, diet confusion, eating disorders, underweight issues, overweight issues or to simply be the size you know you want to be, I help you find a food plan that works for you. This 12-week programme will change your diet, lifestyle and your mindset so that you finally – and permanently - feel good about what you see in the mirror.

This is suitable for anyone who suffers from a lack of body confidence, whether you’re a new mum trying to come to terms with your new body shape or someone who has battled with weight issues their entire life.

It is time to free the real you, to silence that inner mean girl and become your own best friend.

Through a series of weekly coaching sessions, customised eating plans, daily affirmations, guided food shopping and ongoing support, I will guide you, step by step, from where you are now to a place of body confidence unique to you. I will be there to support and believe in you, even when you cannot do that for yourself.

Throughout the process, I’ll use my expert nutritional knowledge to support you biochemically and create bespoke eating plans that will be easy to adopt and maintain following your coaching experience.

I will be impartial, non-judgmental and encouraging through your darkest most challenging times as well as celebrate you hitting your miles stones as you become the body confident person you’ve longed to be.

  • Starts with a 2-hour immersion session (via Skype or face-to-face).  In that time we:
    • Explore past eating habits, perceptions and opinions on body image, understand the end game and get a really good view of what works for you and what doesn’t.  If you don’t like broccoli, fear not!
    • Set weight loss goals and key milestones for your specific plan
    • Create and design the self-development tools to support your energies and get you to your goals.
    • Go through your introduction pack
    • Leave with actions
    • Book each of the 12 calls to keep you accountable and engaged in this his exciting process of change
  • You receive a bespoke meal plan with my special recipes designed for you – full of flavor and they’ll make you feel good
  • Kick start your food shopping: I will go food shopping with you – in the actual supermarket or sit with you as you shop online so it’s less overwhelming and you know you’re starting off on the right track.
  • 11 x 30 minute check in calls at a time to suit you to ensure there is always space in your life to focus on your goals and keep you on track
